Marc A Collette @ 10101 Curry Comb Ct, Jupiter, Fl 33478 under fictious name ArtisticStone.com was a scam artist- He presented himself to do a $ 60,000 job in our pool area constisitng of removal of pavers to pour concrete and to create a 3 basin waterfall. He not only demanded half of the money up front; but he promised to finish project within 4 weeks..This came about 8 months of aggravation of him not showing up, or just working on his own versus the crew he supposedly had..and brought his small kid on site, which made us bring him into the house to feed him and watch him as Mr Collette did the job outside. He scammed us for all the money- he made my husband write checks payable to his own name so he would give him a discount. After 8 months of him not showing up and leaving us with a mediocre job, we had to hire another company to finish and repair all of marc's mistakes !! we took him to small claims court and judge ordered him to pay us with an interest of 8%..It has been since 2009 and we have filed for extension of judgment but this crook figued a way to funnel all his money via his girlfriend and he quit claim his deed to property so we would not get anything if he was to sell his place..Theres no better words to discribe this SOB than a master thieve. In addition he had the nerve to use our pictures of the pool area for his advertising and dislpayed it on all the home shows he had in WPB--I bombarded his website with bad reports where he had to take down. do not trust this guy- he will take your money - he is a good liar - please check all sites as there are other people going after him as well ..
