Hello.
Asanka cars in sarasota florida. I purchased an 05 audi S4. put down ?5k, insured for 6 mos. through geico and registered car. no payments were EVER late. owner ASANKA reposessed car and will not return down payment.......

Hi, yes it was before any "grace period". No reason was given, none Asankas response was I never gave him ANY $ on the BBB website. LIE. He will not return nor take my call and told my fiance the salesman Justin Bowden was fired when he NEVER was

Now the owner, Asanka, is telling the attorney general's office and the BBB that he is investigating ME for fraud. Everything was done honestly and properly. It has been almost a year now and this is all he can come up with. i've never been fraudulent in my entire life Asanka you liying, dishonest thief.

Hello,
no reason was given. the owner will not take or return my phonecalls. interest is building. I found out the salesman was fired as well right after my deal?? I went to asankacars.com and MY car was posted for 5K less than I paid. I have a stolen notarized police report. how could he sell it?? I need help and lawyers just want money. I would end up with nothing. Its a catch 22. I need my money back though. I will call BBB. I just got out of the hospital for stress, some from this.

You did ask them right? It IS their car and they can repo anytime they feel their property is in jeopardy. You also know, don't you, that paying on time means by the DUE DATE and NOT any "grace period?"

Odds are that the financing fell through. Thats the only time I have found that they repo a vehicle AFTER a sale if everything is in order on the consumer side. Let me guess, roughly 30-90 days AFTER the sale they came and repoed the vehicle. That just means that the financing dept or lending institution did not approve YOUR loan.
