Do Not Recommend - Run Away!
My home warranty company (AHS) sent them out for a clogged pipe. After arriving after dark they did nothing more than walk around my property then slap me with a huge quote. To unclog my pipe they needed to do an additional "up to $1600" worth of stuff that isn't covered by my warrant because it is "outside the slab" before they could do the unclogging part that my warranty covered.
When I asked for a specific quote for the drain they wanted to install so that they could unclog the pipe I got the "up to $1600" but when I mentioned needing a water softener installed they quickly gave me a quote for the softener + the drain for $5600. When I expressed I didn't have that much money and needed to have the pipe fixed right then the quote went back to "they aren't sure on the specific rate & won't know until they get inside there" pitch.
All in all, I paid $75 for nothing! I had been without the use of water with kids for 2 days and when these guys finally did arrive they did nothing. They could care less that we had just moved in days ago and needed water- No customer service. Very unimpressive. To avoid paying the high fees I turned around the next day and called another plumber who came out same day and unclogged the pipe for TTL $180 and they were so kind and helpful. I would avoid this company at all costs.
