ASAP Towing Company Tow for Flat Tires, Company of Liars Jacksonville Florida
We had to call a towing company on Sunday the 2nd of March at around 8 in the morning. I had hydroplaned while going up the on ramp of I-10E and flattened my two passenger tires. Around 10 the tow truck showed up and took my truck to the lot. Monday morning I arrive in a great mood ready to get my truck back and repaired, but what transpired, was the contrary.
The entire staff of the company was consistantly rude and preoccupied with personal phone calls and conversations. We went back and forth, from the company to different hangouts while we thought our vehicle was being repaired.
After four hours of being toyed with and played, fast-talked and manipulated, we finally had our vehicle. After payment and return of my keys, the man in charge attempted to hold my vehicle in his possession for an extra $25 that he was not owed. He then ordered one of his employees to park a tow truck in front of the exit so that I could not leave to for work, even though my parents were still inside dealing with payment.
This is the worst treatment I have ever in my life had. I personally work in the customer service industry and I feel that customer satisfaction is the most important asset. The people of this company played me and lied to me, trying to make me feel like I was stupid and even telling me that I was lying and wrong when I confronted them on 'two-faced' things that they had said to me. I felt trapped, because they were holding my vehicle from me for payment, that was not even due. I came very close to calling the police at several points in the way that I was threatened. This company needs a wake up call!
