ASC ripoff Des Moines Iowa
ASC purchased my mortage several months ago.I waited 2 months to receive my first statement of account,which caused a 1 month arrearage on the account.I quickly caught up my account.We had some financial difficulty,due to a teenage son,and got behind again. ASC offered a forebearance plan to get caught up,a bit. The first two payments were on time.The way my paychecks fell,I had to make my payment on A Saturday,which was no big deal as ASC has a 24/7 eft payment. I called in and was blocked from using this method, my payment was due that day. I tried calling every phone number I had on file in several states for ASC but no one was working that Saturday. Big surprise! The following Monday I called and talked to a rep .and was offered another forebearance at double my mort. and for a 10 month period! I am a low end blue collar worker, no way could I afford the new payment and provide for my family.It has taken my wife and I 22 years to buy a home and all of our savings, thanks ASC we are now in bankruptcy.
