When I first called Ascendent I spoke with Yesklyn Montero Ext 1306 he told me they would send out a adjuster. In which they did. He also told me I could rent a car and would be paid for it. After many converstaions being this took place in January. They said my car had damage of 7800.00 dollars I told him no way it would be more... They sent out a new aduster and ended up totating it. They now were saying that they did not know if they were going to pay anything onthe claim becasue the driver was excluded from the policy. So they totaled my car and said they only have to pay up to 10,000.00 because they are saying the driver of the taxi is excluded from the policy.

But they lied from me fromt he beginning they told me i could rent a car and they would pay for it Now they are not..They gave me only 10,000 dollars for a car rough book is 13,000. This insurance nmade me wait 5 month to pay me and i was without a car when all along they new he was excluded and they would have had topay me only the 10,000.0. This insurance compnay are liars and a rip off. I would NEVER recommend doing any business with them at all ever,

We are having a similiar problem with Ascendant  Ins. now.  My husband filed a claim to repair his vehicle, after an accident with a taxi cab company, to Ascendant and they took 2 weeks to even get an appraiser to look at the car.  The adjusters name is Kami Larry and she assured me we would get reimbursed for the rental car charges.



It has been over 2 months since the accident and we still do not have our car back due to the delays with their payment and processing of the claim.  I have already sent a receipt for partial payment of the rental car over a month ago with still no reimbursement yet.  Terrible customer service.
