We are having a similiar problem with Ascendant Ins. now. My husband filed a claim to repair his vehicle, after an accident with a taxi cab company, to Ascendant and they took 2 weeks to even get an appraiser to look at the car. The adjusters name is Kami Larry and she assured me we would get reimbursed for the rental car charges.
It has been over 2 months since the accident and we still do not have our car back due to the delays with their payment and processing of the claim. I have already sent a receipt for partial payment of the rental car over a month ago with still no reimbursement yet. Terrible customer service.
