Hello, This message is not to be taken softly. Asher & Lochridge has completely SCAM me out of $5,600. Sassy Phoenix a sales rep told me she was able to fix my business credit for a business I’ve had for 4 years. She explained to me that if I paid the $5,600 I would qualify for a $350,000 Line of Credit and my business/personal credit would be in the 800’s. Completely LIED/ FALSE/ FRAUD etc. Please take my word and “TRUST ME” when I say Do Not use this company. I’ve been running a Real Estate Investor Brokerage for loans & Tax company. Feel Free to leave me a message. I am currently looking to take them to court for the wrongs they have done to me. Please save yourself.

After I wrote the first complait on Ripoff Report I was contacted by the Owner/Managers of this company. They assured me they would refund the check of $5600 in 3 weeks. Completely False!! All they did was stall several times saying the check was on its way. How is 3 months have I not gotten my money back. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! I'm currently talking to my laywer to file a suit of Faud on their company. I talked to Monica Smith with Accounts Payable and Ms. Hiatty, and someone else. This is a statement about my comment I made yesterday about [email protected].
They finally gave me a PDF containing step to steps on how to carry out maintainence on my credit score . I got boosted finally after 5 days they were working on my Credit score. Please neglect the negetive comment I made about them. I will surely come back here to report if my credit score drops again.
But all seems fine now. I am glad.

Hello Clay, the sales representative (Sassy) has been off on family grievance for some time now. However, to clarify a few points made, according to our findings we were unable to show your ability to repay the loan amounts based on what was discussed & showing on your current tax filings at the time to our vendors. It seems Sassy was working trying to find another program to put you in before she left.
