Ashley Furniture Home Store delivered damaged products, POOR customer service!!! lethbridge, Alberta Canada
We bought $40000.00 worth of living room furniture from ashley. We waited a month to receive our items. When we finally received them the rocker recliner was damaged. It says you have 48 hours to report damage..I reported it immediately. Customer Service was very rude and completely unwilling to help me. Even though I had paid extra for the extended warranty. They said when the chair left their factory it was fine and because the store I had bought from had used a third party to deliver to me that it was out of there hands.
I contacted the store I had purchased it from they also were very unwilling to help me. Nobody was calling me back to help rectify the situation. I had to keep calling them back. I asked numerous times to speak with a manager and they told me that managers don't speak to customers!!! This has been by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with and I am still in the process of trying to get a new chair. I paid $700 for a lopsided chair with 2 rips in the leather.I want to let everyone that I possibly can that this company is horrible to buy from and they don't go out of there way to help there customers or to stand by their warranty.
