I am now at a month of dealing with your horrible, terrible, incompetent customer service department. I have been told that the issue would be taken care of at no charge to me and that changed three weeks later to it will not be covered. Today I'm told it's going to be covered and someone would call me to set up an appointment Lie #1 (I've been told that three times now in two weeks).

Let me just be clear that we have ALWAYS purchased our products from Ashley Furniture and we always purchase the extended warranty which the sales rep says covers "EVERYTHING" (lie #2) This is not the case apparently when you purchase a couch. I can completely understand the frame work not being covered on a couch. They wear of course and people can be rough on them. This couch however is in a secondary living room and is rarely ever sat on. It's slightly over a year old and I could probably count on both hands how many times someone has sat in this spot. In fact Ashley Furniture, I invite you to drive to my house and take a look at the couch and you will clearly see it looks brand new because it's rarely used.

You truly have the rudest customer service people I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Your company makes the cable company customer service look like angels sent from heaven. After reading just a hand full of complaints the BBB received, it's no secret your customer service department sucks. In fact, someone at the local store in Jackson even told me they should "all be fired". How about someone just handle it and take care of it instead of making excuses for their lack of actual customer service?

I've been hung up on so many times I can't even keep track. I've asked for a supervisor every single time I call which results in the agents hanging up on me. Apparently your supervisors are mythical creatures because they are impossible to find. I'm basically to the point that I am ready to load this couch up and drop it off in front of the door to your store and let it be your problem now.

You should be ashamed to employee such horrible "customer service reps". You should be ashamed that you even call that customer service. You should also be ashamed for the poor quality products you obviously offer. This has convinced me that your products are not worth the money you pay for them. I can promise you that couch will be the last time you ever get a penny from us. We will never again purchase another product with the name Ashley on it and I will most certainly tell everyone I possibly can to never purchase anything with the name either. Lord help the people who still do purchase from you because they will be terribly sorry.
