A couple of years ago we purchased Panda Internet Security, and our bank account was debited by Asknet-Shops.com
The following year, even though we had unistalled Panda (causing problems) and purchased an alternative (Kaspersky) and had made no further order for a Panda update, Asknet-Shops.com continued to debit our account without authorisation.
We reported this to our bank, and they refunded the unauthorised payment, and replaced our debit card, cancelling the original one.

Therefore, we would like to ask you to check whether you have recently ordered software.
If you still have any questions on the charge, or if you have not recently purchased any software, please contact our customer service professionals, we will be happy to assist you on clarifying this issue.
