Aspire Card Services they offered to give me a credit if i paid an amount to pay it off now they say i still have to wait for the credit and still have to pay the min balance Columbus Georgia
I was sent a letter stating that if i paid more on my balance i could earn a credit up to $239. At the time my balance was under 600 hundred so i call and asked what will it take to payoff this account in good standing. They said $359 would close this account with no more balance cause they would give me a credit of $239. now the payment went trough and i call the only gave me credit of $359 and i still have to pay the min bal till the credit is applied.

They are designed to make you pay a debt you may or may not owe, may be legally uncollectible. From the BudHibbs Consumer Advocate Website Previously, they have offered consumers the opportunity to reaffirm old debts through various debt buyer credit cards such as Majestic Visa, Aspire and the scam mailer offering EMBRACE VISA CREDIT CARDS' The disclosure information contained with the mailings is clearly aimed at deceiving and misleading consumers into thinking this is a good deal, the truth is this is as BAD a deal as anyone could possibly get involved in. I reviewed this with my legal advisor, based on that we urge anyone being contacted by: JEFFERSON CAPITAL SYSTEMS, INC. ASPIRE VISA MAJESTIC VISA EMBRACE VISA DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THEIR SCAM OFFER! IT STINKS, IT'S EXTREMELY COSTLY, IT WILL OBLIGATE YOU TO AN AGREEMENT THAT YOU MAY NOT EVEN OWE. THE FOLKS AT AND ASSOCIATED WITH JEFFERSON CAPITAL ARE KNOWN SCAM ARTISTS WHO PREY ON UNSOPHISTICATED CONSUMERS. DO NOT BECOME A VICTIM OF THIS SCAM.
