Aspire - CB&T Gave a credit card to someone else using my name and now won't take off my credit report ripoff Atlanta Georgia
I applied for Public Housing and I got turned down because of my credit report. Well on my credit report is Aspire/CB&T and I never applied for a credit card through this company. I called and told them what is going on and they told me that I had to file a police report.
Well I filed a police report and the police officer looked up Aspire/CB&T and told me that they are a big fraud comany and try to get innocent peoples money. I never applied for a credit card through this company as a matter of fact I have never even heard of Aspire/CB&T.
Now they will not do anything in reguards to this account and I am stuck with it on my credit report. The way I see it I am not going to pay for a credit card that I have not recieved and have not been using.
