I too have been ripped off for 2995. The company called me and pressured me to just give him the credit card and start making money, they'd help me set up a business, start making the $$ to recoup the initial investment. Then when I realized it was a scam, I tried to cancel and was sent back and forth. I should have written a letter, but who really sends a certified mail letter to cancel contracts these days. They denied my dispute on discover card because they could not VERIFY that I called trying to cancel. CNSS then sent them info showing them scheduling sessions 2 of 4 that they said would be helping me start an ebay business. Since these calls where after 3 business days they could prove I was "using" their coaching product.

IT'S NOT a product, 4 Weeks Proactive Coaching Dropshippers, eBay Research Software & Courses.
ALL STUFF YOU CAN GET FOR FREE ON THE INTERNET.

To top it all off, they sell your information to DAEUS FINANCIAL, and they collect more money from you, selling you or scaring you to protect the initial investment you made. DF promises to set up a business LLC for 2800 and then the tax services they contract through costs another 2500, then the corporate credit coach another 3k! They promise to transfer the debt to your business LLC credit. NEVER DO. It takes years before a business can establish credit.

The entire thing is a scam.... they collect money from desperate people, at desperate times, and providing nothing but debt. I tried canceling the other company DF too, but they ignored my request, this time writing an email. I have time stamped evidence that i wrote to cancel. Instead, they never cancelled my accounts, left them open for another company Monterey Financial Svs LLC to collect another 3K from me. They will not close my accounts until DAEUS sends them a letter stating that my account was closed with them.

What do I do? They have people that make lots of $$ finding the loop holes in the system to keep your money. I out almost 10K that I'm paying back/trying to fight, and I lost my job months back. I never thought that trying to legitimately start a business was going to end up being my financial downfall.

Thank you for the information that you just posted about who to write the letter to.  I have been filing disputes with all of my credit card companies.  At their suggestion, I have been trying to contact the companies themselves to ask for a refund.  I feel that I am being bullied by these companies.  Their responses to my refund requests are all the same - You are past your 3 day period of when you can cancel, so no refund.  I'm just going to keep fighting.  I feel that I was scammed out of close to $20K and deserve most if not all of it back.

Thank you again for posting this info!

Ok so here is to all of you who have replied to my complaint.  the Utah Division of Consumer Protection. Mike Pitts, 801-530-6007 is taking legal action against all the companies.  Write out a written complaint, send it to the UDOCP 160 east 300 South .PO box 146704  Salt Lake City Utah 84114-6704.  Mike actually had a meeting with their lawyers last week and is seeking restitution to all who were scammed by these companies.  Let me know how it goes for you.  I dont know about the rest of you guys, but I am a christian and do believe the Bible says "Recompense is mine saith the Lord."

I'm very happy that you will report these scam/ con artists. Brandon Smith is a very bad guy. Let's hope Karma does it's work for Ken Sonnenberg, Brandon Smith, Murray Tucker etc.

Every time there is too many complaints filed against them they change the name of the company. Ken Sonnenberg is the owner of them all.

I was conned out of thousands of dollars, and when I contacted the Utah Division of Consumer they did not even bother to respond to me, so contacting agencies in Utah... Good luck. These people bring in over 150 million a year, they are not going to do a thing... However, contact the Feds and Federal trade commission.

Good Luck,

Ps: Do not get involved with companies in Utah stating they can get you your monies back, they too are  con artists.

Also scammed by these companies

I have also been scammed by The Coaching Department, Daeus Financial, YES, Strategic Tax Services, DOBA, My Supplier Source...

I feel so ashamed of myself for letting this happen, but I was vulnerable.  I had just lost my job after being with the company for 11 years.  I let myself get sucked in by the promises of working from home and making a good living.  Here I am, 8 months later, deeply in debt, not being able to afford my bills or support my son.  I have already started the dispute process with my credit card companies, and have written letters detailing the services I was to receive that I never received.

I am so glad I found this site.  It makes me feel better to see that there are others out there who were also taken advantage of.  OK, that didn't exactly come out right.  I'm certainly not glad that others are now in debt too, but I'm glad to know that I'm not alone in this fight.

Once I signed up for the "program", the calls came fast and furious (and are still coming to this day).  They all made me feel like if I didn't buy their program as well that my business would never take off and I would never make any money.  Well, I bought all the programs and did everything I was supposed to do and STILL haven't made a dime!

Whenever I called to ask if they could please explain what I paid for, no one ever had an answer.  Two weeks ago, my "coach" from The Coaching Department told me that my calls were over and I was basically on my own.  What???  I'm on my own?  You're just going to leave me out here with no help?  I haven't made any money and was PROMISED by Mr. Banznaf that I would be able to repay myself in 60-90 days...it's been 8 months!

I would definitely be interested in joining in any type of class action suit.  I've already contacted my credit card companies and will now be contacting some of the other offices listed in these posts (I've never heard of the Internet Crime Complaint Center before but will be looking them up tomorrow!).  How can these companies still exist if there are so many complaints against them?  How can these people sleep at night, knowing that they are taking hard earned money from people who are just looking for a way to better themselves, and not providing what they say they will provide?

Any guidance or assistance in getting a refund from someone who has already gotten money back would be greatly appreciated!
Frannie

email ripoff report

#10Author of original report

Thu, September 06, 2012

I think if you email the ripoff report support site, I asked them to forward my email address to all those who requested it about the complaint.  we will see if that works.  But here are a couple of things you need to do.   File a brief report about what companies scammed you with  the Utah Division of Consumer Protection, this one has to be mailed in to 160 East 300 South POBox 146704 Salt Lake City Utah 84114-6704.   They will contact you reguarding the specifics.  Also file a report with the federal trade commission on line and the Better Business bureau to Lori West at [email protected].  Get all your information together about the scam, include all false promises, and research all the companies involved.  They have so many different names you will be suprized how big this scam is. Print off all the complaints you can find,  When you do research, search even the peoples names and assign them with the company.  You also might want to research complaintsboard.com requarding Advanced Learning Systems and see the post 5-9-2012.  Looking forward to hearing from you.

It is heart breaking to read all the reports about the Coaching Department, Ecommerce etc. Let's start communicating and figure out how we can stand up against them. My suggestion is to go to the Fed's, not anyone in Utah. Reporting them to the Trade Commission is a must!

Let us ban together against onlineprofitmasters, aspire marketing, the coaching department.com (Ken Sonnenberg company) dauesfinancial, your entity, strategic tax services, and all related companies

I just want to add to the complaint I filled reguarding onlineprofitmasterssytems, aspire marketing solutions, thecoachingdepartment.com,sourcesuppliers,dauesfinancial,strategic tax services and Your Entity.

I have a detailed  typed report  that is 10 pages long that includes all of the interactions between these companies and ourselves.  I have done lots of research on all these companies and have found numerous discrepancies and complaints.  I have, printed off a list of complaints from this site and researched the BBB reports on these companies. I have  a list of other sites with frequent complaints from consumers who feel they have been scammed.  These sited  include the lippard blog, workathometruth, complaints board and pissed consumer.

I have filed detailed complaints with the BBB in Utah and the Utah Division of Consumer Protection.  I am hoping others will join me in filling complaints with all of these entities.  I have given my credit card companies detailed information above the customary inquiry they offer.  I am planning on filing with the Internet Crime Compalint Center, which is in partnership with the FBI, the National White Collar Crime Center, and the bureau of Justice Assistance.

To All of us who have been scammed, and Yes We Were Scammed, and others will be continued to be scammed unless we are not afraid to stand up and defend ourselves.  No one else is going to do this for us.     Please contact the ripoff report if you wish to contact me and are willing to stand up.
