On January 28, 2016, Aspire Marketing (from my credit card), Ikraft247 Tech Inc, and/or Technomatic Solutions called to say my computer is at risk of being hacked.  They told me this is all I need for the next 5 years is to pay them $399.98 to guarantee my computer will be protected.  So, I paid for this service.

On September 20, 2016, during a routine "ghosting" checkup, an Aspire Marketing rep told me my network is at risk and I need protection on my computer to keep hackers from infiltrating my network.  After arguing that I had already paid for this service, they told me my network is not covered by the original contract and will need to pay $449.00.  I reluctantly paid it.

On March 31, 2017 I received a call from Technomatic Solutions asking to check my computer yet again.  After much arguing I relented and allowed them to "ghost" into my computer.  They told me I had several updates missing and I needed to update them NOW.  So I paid them $299.00 and they wrote a statement I need not pay another penny for their services.

On June 6, 2017 a Technomatic Solutions rep called to tell me my computer had been hacked and that if I didn't pay for drivers to be installed/upgraded, I would be at risk.  They showed me pornographic sites I have never accessed on my laptop.  They said hackers were using my computer to access these sites.  I paid $399.00 because I was afraid not to do it.  But, boy was I steamed.  THey stated again there will never be another payment, and if I just do this last thing they'll never ask for another thing.  They even gave me written notice.

On August 5, 2017 (date is estimated), Technomatic Solutions called to "check my computer".  I suspected they were in search of more money and questioned them at the beginning of the call.  They assured me they wouldn charge me a cent.  They "ghosted" into my laptop and almost immediately raised the issue of my "unprotected IP address".  This is where I absolutely refused to pay any more money.  I accused them of being frauds, that I was going to call the FBI and report them as such.  They eventually relented and "fixed it for free".  They actually didn't do anything.  I really feel like a chump. I don't believe they did anything to help me or to "repair" my laptop.  Sincerely, What a Chump
