Aspire Visa rip-off Atlanta Georgia
I have been a long time customer with Aspire Visa. I requested for my apr to be less and they denied me. So I closed my account. I finally paid off the balance in full after one year (from which the automated phone teller told me my balance was X amount)I call again expecting a zero balance since now that my payment has been recieved, but there was still a a balance.
I faxed statements, paper work and they never responded. I have emailed them with complaints and they have not responded.
This company has always had really poor customer service. My last encounter was very unpleasant.The guy was yelling at me to just pay the remaining balance. " YOU NEED TOPAY THE BALANCE!!"
I asked to speak to a supervisor and he wouldnt ecknowledge my request. Ultimately i paid off my balance in full that was on my last statement. The left over balance if not my duty to pay... I believe they are just mad that i paid it off and want to get one last penny from me
