Aspire Visa ripoff Rapid Mile Benefits stopped without notice. Points received via purchases with Visa card could not be redeemed for flight tickets deceptive company ripoff liars victimized us Columbus Georgia .....

I called Aspire Visa at their number (1-800-348-8783) to redeem my "Rapid Miles" points I've been accumulating for years for a roundtrip flight from San Francisco to Los Angeles. I was told the program was terminated. And that was that. I could not redeem my points. I said that was one of the reasons I got the d**n (I didn't say "d**n") card. They said had I not received a notice recently. I said "no."

I then called the Rapid Miles direct number (1-800-215-7769) and was given my total points! I got the points, but I can't use them! Wow, what a benefit. I'm in the process of contact State of Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Affairs Office with my complaint. I suggest you call Aspire Visa to check on using your "Rapid Miles" points. Yeah, right.

I received my "Rapid Miles" statement today. I called the Rapid Miles direct number and got through to a real person (friendly as anyone could be). I said I wanted to redeem my points (Remember: I was told earlier by two employees that the program was terminated). The lady connected me with a man (equally friendly) who took my information and said I would receive an electronic ticket within 10 - 14 days. I had called earlier this early morning just to verify what the 2 employees told me yesterday and, yes, this third person told me the program was terminated and told me nothing about redeeming points. My suggestion is that if you are planning a trip, and have enough Rapid Miles points, to call the Rapid Miles number and get your ticket! There's just too much conflicting information! I'll stop worrying when I have ticket in hand!
