I have included a photo of how my garage door was painted
after 2 years of being promised that it would be, yet everyone else has freshly
painted garage doors and trim as they did last yearexcept me.
I have no landscaping, no maintenance, no snow plowing or any other service CLAIMED to be provided by Vanguard Community Management. I have included a photo of how my garage door was painted after 2 years of being promised that it would be, yet everyone else has freshly painted garage doors and trim as they did last yearexcept me. Evergreens were removed from my property and weeds replaced them. I have a lack of landscaping, shoddy lawn, lack of exterior painting, and rotted wood that needs replacing at my front door. When I was unable to drive out of my driveway because it was not plowed it cost me by having to pay for a doctor appointment I could not keep, as well as delivery for necessary medicine. I called Vanguard Community Management for over 24 hours and was ignored, but when a board member called, even though she could exit her driveway, plows were out in an hour with instructions to do mine LAST. And mine was so bad that it nearly broke the snowplow. This is blatant fraud to charge for services not rendered as well as a deliberate policy to ignore me whether I call on the phone or email
I am forced to pay homeowners dues to Vanguard Community
Management or have my home taken from me by Vanguard Community Management. I pay my dues on time every month yet I get
NOTHING in return, except the threat that if I do not pay I will lose my
house. They have found a way to own
your own home and still me at the mercy of a SLUMLORD. Vanguard Community Management sites Illinois
Statutes to remove me if I do not pay but I have no recourse when they steal my
money and do nothing they are paid to do, MY house is un-sellable,
un-refinance-able because it is becoming a slum, despite my monthly fees for
services not rendered. I am embarrassed
and ashamed to live in Cimarron Townhone Association and to be under Vanguard
Community Management.
