Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
These people have been ringing my phone off the hook for over a year now.

EVEN AFTER I picked it up a few times to state an Ariel Hart does not and never has lived here! This home had one owner aside from us, they also send mail for a Charles Rooney who hasn't live here, same thing.Zales and Capital one collections.

They are sending letters for them as well.I'm afraid to call them back to end the harrassment after reading others reports of a possible scam with identity theft. Just this week I discovered I am a victim of Identity theft and someone has been using my bank account.

I tried to visit the website to send an email requesting the harrassment stop but it doesn't even work! They are a total sham.If i were you I would not respond and call your credit card company directly instead to resolve any issues with payment.

1. As previously suggested, simply mark the mailings for people "Never at this address-Return to sender." 2. As to the telephone calls. There is absolutely no need to talk to them whatsoever. You should send them a certified, return receipt requested letter that clearly denotes that you do not know the people they are trying to contact and that ANY further contact from them, especially telephone calls, will be considered deliberate acts of harassment and deliberate violations of the federal FDCPA and that you will file appropriate criminal complaints for harasmment and consult with an attorney to sue them for violations of the FDCPA. The point is to set the stage for a harassment prosecution and a civil lawsuit against them. IF they are fool enough to telephone you after receiving this ceritified, return receipt requested letter, you have them! File a criminal complaint with your State AG, THEIR State AG and your county District Attorney's office. You should also file a complaint with the FTC. I would file all complaints in writing and sent through the USPS instead of using websites. I know this is inconvenient, but this provides a provable paper trail and usually results in a quicker response from the agencies you complaint to about them. Note: With all of the written complaints you file, include a copy of the certified letter and the green postal receipt that proves they received your letter demanding they stop harassing you. Also, consult with an attorney to sue them in DISTRICT COURT for FDCPA violations. Armed with your copy of the certified letter you sent them, you should have no trouble finding an attorney to sue them on your behalf. Good luck.

And you can't write "Occupant Moved - No Forwarding Address" on the envelope?

The next time you get a letter addressed to this person, just get a black Magic Marker and write on the envelope: "OCCUPANT MOVED --NO FORWARDING ADDRESS. RETURN TO SENDER!" And the letter should stop after one or two. It's NOT YOUR DEBT. Twice should be enough. If not, and the letters/bills just keep coming, just THROW THEM OUT! It's NOT YOUR Bill, right?
