Dear Sir or Madam:

   I have filed a complaint against Assurance Wireless Virgin Mobile Federal Government program for false information an dthere customer service staff being rude and unprofessioan.  I had faxed my Assurance wireless application on October 31, 2014 and November 6, and November 25, 2014 to asurance wireless mobile. When I had called and spoke with Ms Stephanie she told me that I had to register over the phone and receive my  ID number and Ms Stephanie would contact the back offive to see why its taking so long for me to receive my cell phone. When I had called back and spoke with Mr Francis around November 12, 2014 inoder to see why I have not received my cell phone Mr Francis left the phone for about 5 minutes. When Mr Francis had returned he told me that the people  in the back office lost my application but they just found the application.

Mr Francis also told me that I would have to fill out another application because the one I had fillesd out had MsDavida Alladians name on the application. This is when I said that the application did not have Davidas name on it this is not right and I will be complaining to the Supervisor. The appliocation had finally arrived to my address on November 17, 2014.   This is when I had filled out the application and refaxed the application and another coy of my medicaid card and income to the Assurance wireless company.  Mr Francis and Ms Stephanie said that I would receive my phone by November 28, 2014.  When I asked Mr Francis would the process take 7 to 10 business days he said no only 24 hours. I was told by Mr Franis and others to call bak at he end of the week. When I had called the office and spoke with a man around 6: 30PM on 28, 2014 to find out why I have not received my cell phone. THe man was rude was rude syaing in a loud voice we do not have your paper work and your zip code does not work.

The ID number that was given to us does not work. This is when I had asked to speak with the supervisor. A man came to the phone and never said that he was a supervisor and was rude and said that he might contact the back office to find out why its taking so long for me to receive my cell phone. When I had called and spoke with Mr Cj on December 2, 2014. Mr CJ was rude when asked why has not my phone arrived to my address. Mr C. J said that the phone will take 2 weeks to arrive because of the Holidays. They have not approved your appliation its pending. When I had asked to spoke to a supervisor then Mr CJ said in a smart tone that I said that its going to take 2 weeks. Then Mr C. J finally put the Ms Sara on the phone the supervisor. Ms Sara said that there were no records of me in the system. I told Ms Sara that I had faxes the application October 30, 2014 and November 6, November 25, 2014.
