My push mower would not run I had two year warranty on it through Walmart care plan. I called assurion who plan was thru they were sending me out of way to get fixed then they found place after all my suggestions were shot down.i called and they continually put me on hold for 15 minutes or more so I called assurion and told them and I checked up on shop which had bad reviews.they said nope go there I brought mower to them after I emptied gas and I told them what was wrong next thing I know I’m told there sand in gas tank I said there was no sand in it I emptied gas out I said I told you what was needed to fix it probally 10dollar throttle connection. They refused to give me mower want ed 50 dollars and assurion refuse to call me back now I got mower back wrote bbb the company bruchalla small engines tried to blame me and then assurion and I responded every time making them look like fools, addition will not respond tells me they will call back and never does no wonder walmart has parted ways with them that’s all I have so as to replace wire now got to pull of gas tank and clean that out. I’ll never get Assyrian care plan again thieves and liars
