Asurion technician replaced a screen S9, after he left there was a gap and glue around the edge of the phone. I pressed it together and the entire back of the phone shattered. I contacted Asurion online, filed a new claim, paid $149. after already paying the $30 screen fee. They won't refund any of the money, even though it was under a 1 year new warranty from the screen replacement. They said it's because I filed online and didn't call them?? And this phone is a month old, bought it brand new for $800. What a joke this insurance is.
