I answered a add about working at home folding letters for 2 dollars per envelope I sent them 40 dollars in which they cashed then I never heard anything from them. would like money backed and file charges for anyone who has been riped off by this company.

Hello,

We pride ourselves in 100% satisfaction guarantee.  Obviously you have our contact information. It absolutely does not make any sense on why you would not contact us directly that your refund check may have been lost in the mail. We process refunds within 72 hours from when we receive them.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy: Just as our initial letter stated, if you are not satisfied in anyway, simply send it back and we will issue a refund of the purchase price immediately. We recommend that you send refund request by UPS or FEDEX, to insure delivery confirmation. Also you are welcome to send us an email at [email protected] to inform us that the package is on its way. If for whatever reason you did not get your refund within 4-6 weeks, please email us immediately and we will research the address and the date the check was shipped. We will place a stop payment on that check and send a replacement immediately.

If you had directly informed us by mail or email, that you did not receive your check, we would have immediately sent you a replacement check immediately. However, you chose to contact this 3rd party website, again omitting your customer/contact information and therefore continue to make it impossible for us to resolve this issue.

Please send us your information, we will then research our database, confirm your address we have on file and the date the order was shipped. We will also send you a replacement check immediately. Please allow us to help you vs choosing to stay ‘Anonymous’ and making it impossible to know who you are.
