Mr Atal has promised to return my deposit after extensive communication. We agreed on $650 from the inetial $900 deposit. After agreeing on that amount Mr Atal dissapeared and stopped replying to emails.

Renters beaware NOT to deal with this landlord as your deposit will never return to you at all. He will dissapear and stop responding to emails. One of the WORST landlords I ever had in my life BEAWARE !!!
