Atlantic Circulation Inc Fraud through and through York, Pennsylvania
I ordered a magazine subscription in August of 2011 from a young girl going door to door.
I did not receive a magazine by November 11, 2011, so I called to inquire what the issue was. I was told I had to wait 120 days and if I had not received my magazine to call back and they would cancel my subscription. Okay I waited until December 20, 2011 and still no magazine, so I called their number again.
This time I was told to press 1, to cancel my subscription. Wrong it said you could only cancel before 3 business days of your original order date. So I went back to the main menu and pressed 0 to speak to a Customer Service Representative. This time it gave me their fax machine, you know the sound very annoying buzzing/ringing noise with no human on their end of the line.
So I find myself once again at the wrong end of another scam and out of money that I paid for a product, that I really didn't want but bought to help out a young person getting started in business sales. What a rip-off
