Atlantic Coast PLC - SWREG ripoff dishonest fraudulent software download service billing Devon england
i went through a portal from mcaffee virus update web page, to order some internet security software for download directly from atlantic coast plc AKA SWREG. I completed the transaction via internet and was suppose to receive a download link to download my software i ordered within minutes of completing the transaction. no email with download link was sent.
ive tried emailing several times. i received one email which said they dont answer emails at this email address anymore. than directs me to a link which takes me back to SWREG'S website for help which is where i started to try and get my money back in the first place.
do not pay via internet with this company. they were quick to deduct my money from my checking account but is sending me through circles to get my account credited. ive also tried going to mcaffee.com to get help but cant locate any help with this problem.

We handle more than 3000 orders a day and as you see we only have two complaints in a 2 year period. We would have automatically emailed this gentleman a few seconds after he placed his order and we know that the vendor also sends out an immediate email. He states he got a reply from our email address but the only email address he would know about would have been on the receipt we sent him as we do not publish email addresses on our website due to historic spam/virus issues. The only way to contact us is via a very efficient ticket system which is what the complainant implied but apparently he refuses to create a ticket but would rather complain here instead.
