We handle more than 3000 orders a day and as you see we only have two complaints in a 2 year period. We would have automatically emailed this gentleman a few seconds after he placed his order and we know that the vendor also sends out an immediate email. He states he got a reply from our email address but the only email address he would know about would have been on the receipt we sent him as we do not publish email addresses on our website due to historic spam/virus issues. The only way to contact us is via a very efficient ticket system which is what the complainant implied but apparently he refuses to create a ticket but would rather complain here instead.
