Atlantic Construction and Roofing Company LLC aka Deryl Lipsey Took $3,800 of my money for roof repair & IT STILL LEAKS! refuses to repair it right Cocoa Florida
I contracted Deryl Lipsey owner of Atlantic Construction and Roofing Company LLC to re-roof my screen porch and fix a leak in the roof of my house. He said he would personally do the work himself and he guaranteed all his work. He came the first day to supervise with a worker (an ex-con by his own admission). The second day, he only sent his worker.
I paid $3,800 (after he upped the price in the middle of the job). It leaked (in the same spot) the first time it rained. He sent the ex con worker back to "fix" it. Next time it rained it leaked in the same spot, he sent the ex con worker again to "fix" it with the same results.
After a total of (3) failed tries to get it right, Deryl Lipsey informed me that he would not return anymore and that I should contact another roofing company at my expense to fix my roof. He refuses to come back and fix it right and he refuses to refund me any part of my money. The shingles they used for the faulty patch repair do not even come close to matching, the rest of the work that was done looks sloppy, and most importantly my roof still leaks.
