Atlantic Contractors & Development Corp Ripoff criminal thieves stole our money did not pay subcontractors Coral Springs Florida
Atlantic Contractors & Development Corp. has stolen over $32000, yes that's thousands, of dollars from us! We contracted them to build a house for us in Port Charlotte Florida, through the Marshall Reddick Seminars investment network group, and we took out a $200,000 construction loan to pay for it. Atlantic Contractors took more than $60,000 in draws from the loan but did not pay $32,000 in bills to subcontractors! Atlantic Contractors refuses to pay saying they do not have enough money. We have had other contractors look at the project and state that we had given Atlantic Contractors plenty of money to pay off all the subs for what little work has been built. We have $32,000 in liens on the property because Atlantic Contractors will not pay the subcontractors. We have asked them for an accounting and asked them "what happened to all the money?, give us statements"...but they refuse to give an accounting of what they did with our $60,000! We have had several lawyers representing the subcontractors come after us with lawsuits to pay off the liens that Atlantic Contractors refuses to pay even though we gave them the money to pay the subcontractors!!
Please STAY AWAY from Atlantic Contractors & Development Corp. They are thieves and will steal your money! We are not the only ones, there are more than 100 other investors who are in the same situation as we are with this fraudulent company. They are felons and should be prosecuted criminally!! Also, please stay away from Marshall Reddick seminars...you can not trust what they recommend! Look what happened to us, Marshall Reddick recommended this criminal company, Atlantic Contractors & Development Corp. BUYER BEWARE!!

We are not the only ones, there are more than 100 other investors who are in the same situation as we are with this fraudulent company. They are felons and should be prosecuted criminally!! Also, please stay away from Marshall Reddick seminars...you can not trust what they recommend!
