I had scheduling issues from the first phone call. First told they didnt do if you lived 50 miles outside Columbia, which I dont, but since she had never heard of my small city she argued I did. She asked me what area of town I was closest to, naming every other small city she could BUT mine. I told her to use google.

On the day before the technician was scheduled, I called to confirm the 9-5 time and was told we were still scheduled and he would call 1-1 1/2 hours before arriving. This was great because I had my grands and had a few last minute things to do. However, when it got to be 4:30 and I had not heard anything I called them. Note: I always got an answering machine and someone called me back. So when I got the call back close to 5 I was told that the technician was running behind and he would be at my house around 8:00 p.m. I said that is unacceptable, we need to reschedule.

Several attempts were made to reschedule but either they weren't going to be in this area, they wanted to do on a weekend which wasn't convenient, etc . They could not get me scheduled for over a month and I'd already waited a month. Plus you must commit to staying home all day.
