Atlas Survival Shelters provides private homeowners protection against natural disasters and apocalyptical disasters. The shelter is a new design that includes a decontamination room, escape tunnel and it galvanized for a longer life span. Because the shelters look like the interior of a home rather than a traditional bomb shelter, the company is differentiated in the market place. A customer can call Atlas directly and request a shelter for five to ten people. Many times they stock that kind of shelter desired and if not, they can custom build it.

Recently, the company has seen significant growth because of Mayan theories of the end of the world approaching on December 21, 2012. As a result, to improve internal processes with new business, the company has stated that more help would be beneficial in this season. The owner of the company, Ron Hubbard personally takes care of every client to ensure they receive the best customer service possible. Furthermore, Mr. Hubbard states that he directly oversees employees and feels that if he is happy, the customer will be happy. Once the shelter is sold, the company directs the client to hire an installation company. The subcontractors are individually paid contractors meaning the customer pays them directly. Atlas does require the installers are licensed and trained to do their job.

Up to this point, the company states that they have not had any complaints. If they did, the owner of the company would address them immediately if they were a mechanical issue. There have been times that the clients have not been fully satisfied with the shelter as a result of not following specific instructions from the customers. An example of this is once there was a customer who did not follow instructions and the batteries in the shelter went dead. The company replaced the batteries at no cost to the customer to ensure they were still receiving excellent customer service.

Just a note the owner of this company used to run Hubbard Iron doors, he went backrupt and took a lot of peoples money, he now runs this business at the same location. I would be very wary of this guy he is the ultimate bull sh*t artist. He will tell you what you want to hear then take your cash and very seldomly does he come through......This is just my advice but if he runs this company the way he has run the others watch out.....Do a little research you will see a path of destruction from this guys business practices....
