Called this company as they had the best advertised price.  Was told that the company that I initially ordered from was not an "authorized reseller", when they clearly are as listed on the Fujitsu website.  ATS was not.  Dealt with "Alex Muir" and "Matt Sheppherd".

Following my order, I was not provided with any information such as a transaction record or tracking number.

Cancelled the order, however, they would not accept my request to do so. Called my bank and warned them not to process the payment, but did not cancel my credit card. Followed up with many emails advising that the order was cancelled - they basically responded "to bad" and hung up on me.

Charged my credit card more than verbally agreed upon.  told me that everything was recorded - not withstanding that this practice is illegal in canada, and all consumers have a statute return period available to them.

they later called and harassed my employer, which was where I placed the order - and they used call display to do so.  My employer (a lawyer) is not a party at all to this and basically told them where to go when they asked to confirm my personal information.  They thought it was a doctors office and acted seriously immature and unprofessional.

I demanded a transcribed receipt and tracking number - a fake tracking number was provided that purolator - the agreed upon shipper has no knowledge of.

Currently disputing the charges and filing a fraud report with the police.

I think the above retraction is too light, especially given that in my recent interaction with ATS Systems they called you out by full name and called your mental health into question.  I have experienced the same issues (poor customer service, not tracking information, product not recieved) that you noted, and upon further investigation it seems to be part of a larger patterns of customer abuse.

I never recieved my item. ATS seemed to be interested only in winning arguments, and not in solving basic customer service issues.

Here are the issues I encountered:

  1. Password and account information was sent in plain text in the email.
  2. Countless shipping issues blamed on factors outside of the control of ATS. This seems to be a common complaint.
  3. Rude and accusatory customer service.
  4. Lack of any visibilty on order status or tracking information, despite paying for UPS expedited shipping. Tracking number simply did not exist.
  5. Took no responsibility for any issues. It was the fault of customs, the credit card processor, the broken, the customer.

Please take the time to look at the negative reviews.  This is a pattern going back many years. Dispite the fact that the site looked suspect I still took a chance and it was a huge mistake.

Do not recommend. Look elsewhere.

I have since received the product and would like to clarify for the benefit of ATS Systems.

I received my order in good condition and in accordance with our agreement.  I have been charged accordingly, however, no billing information has been provided by the company to verify what I have paid for - which usually follows by e-mail following a purchase from a reputable online retailer.  ATS is a valid re-seller of the product I purchased, however, so is another retailer - who they advised me was not which prompted me to cancel an initial order and go with ATS.  While I had put my lender on notice, I will not be disputing any charge (pending receipt of a valid receipt) as the product has reached me in accordance with the agreement I have entered into - however, this transaction has prompted me to cancel my credit card account due to the threatening/ harassing nature of this retailer and my dealings with him.  I have not filed a fraud report with the police, however - have been in contact due to this companies representative calling my work, repeatedly after being told not to - acting in a harassing/threatening manner - (in relation to removing a poor service rating which I have listed on google - directing viewers to another post made on this site by another unsatisfied customer).

I have since been advised that I will be receiving a bill of sale shortly, and an apology letter for its actions only on the condition that I remove this post.  Not a good consumer experience.  Would not recommend.
