I was charged from this company since december 2009 I notice an increase on my billfrom at&t a third (ILD) company is chargin me for this services I never orderer or used.
This company is using tricky calls no matter wath they are still charging me I call at&t
and since other person is on charge of the payments from my company they dont check if this is a real service they pay the bill .I receicved a reiumbursment from such company but on the nex bill again $49.95 they make very confusing bills difficult to understand and trick the consumers tath they received credit but at the same time
they charge again & again. They provide me a fax number(630) 285 1827 to send
a copy of my bill the fax never go trougth or is busy all the time. at&t say you have to
deal directly with them.

Had the same thing happen to me. ILD was charging me $13.95 a month on my AT&T phone bill for some BS service I had never signed up for. As a matter of fact I had never heard of ILD until they showed up on my AT&T phone bill. When I called AT&T they weren't very helpful, totally useless and told me there was nothing they could do and I would have to call ILD directly and handle it myself, which I did. I also called AT&T back and TOLD AND E-MAILED them, that if I saw another bill from ILD, I would CANCEL AT&T at BOTH my home and office and find a new carrier. Got calls AND e-mails from a supervisor from AT&T who was very helpful and explained the situation and would make sure I would not be bothered by ILD any further. He refunded their charges on the spot. I filed complaints with the Texas PUC. When these rip-off companies start costing AT&T customers, they'll do something about it.
