Feb 11,2016 at 9 am called ATT after reporting harrassing phone calls that were reported to FCC and FTC, upon their suggestion it began with Att customer service.
Needless to say its Feb 12, 2016 11:30 am and the issue is still on going. Spent 6 hrs on phone directly with agents, and total of 1 1/2 hours this morning. All this for a "2 hour process" per serveral manangers response.
I am by far no racist, I myself have differnt ethnic people in our family. But when a foreigner cant understand English, I am upset. My issue was repeated at least 50 plus times. What is it, the ones whom could understand, told me " I understand you perfectly, your easy to understand whats going on. But still no solution has occured. I myself pay Att 230.00 per month or $2760.00 per year. Do the math they advertise they are the largest providers of service for phones....by Gosh its mind blowing how rich they are. I have been doing business since 18 and I am 62... blows me away how much is spent on ignorant people whom are getting paid out of the money that is collected from their supposedly LOYAL customers.
I will have to put myself and many many Americans in a category which is yet to be officially named. What can we really do.
I am lost as to what I am to do. If you dont know ATT owns every land line in the ground. So other companies will have to still deal with ATT, wireless customers do have other options.
I highly suggest if you read this..... select a differnt carrier for you needs if possible.
