1) intermittent (frequent) receipt of 2 dif. recorded messages when dialing outgoing: "message dn3-37 - please dial 611" and "message dn3-40 - welcome to at&t wireless, if you have questions while roaming in our system... ".

2) customer service has no log of the error occuring and states flat out that there is no problem with their system.

3) told several months later during one of my complaint calls that my ESM number was not programmed into their system, nor was my phone proprly programmed, at which time a phone rep guided me to coorect the phone programming. However the error messages persisted afterwards. This particular call to their customer care that was the only one that was pleasurable and offered some hope of correcting the problem.

4) On 15 Sep 2004 a AT&T customer service agent called me perunat to my filing a claim with the BBB... To my COMPLETE frustration she stated that AT&T records indicated only ONE complaint from me being on record, even though my wife and myself combined have made well over 10 different complaints to their cusomter care number (complaints which have always be reponded to with "our system is okay" or "we need you to call us from a separate phone to troubleshoot the cell phone" (depite my mostly being ina public or mobile place when the failure occurs). The customer care agents could NEVER see any log indicating a problem with my dial-attempts.) The rep then stated that she saw no "pattern of un-usability" based on looking at my usage patterns. This entire conversation was a downright insult considering all the time we;ve spent on the phone them (which they have only one record of) and inconvenience of not being able to use the hone, sometimes during critical times.

Desired resolution: termination of contract is now the smallest items on my list - the one and only other desire is make known the immense techical and cutsomer care deficiences within this company.
