AT&T Wireless Romaning Charges That I was not aware of San Antonio , Texas
I went on vacation from 07/27/10 to 08/02/10, I have a blackberry phone through AT&T, when I went away I was charged romaning charge that I was unaware of. I thought that this was included in my unlimited plan, I was never told by the company that it was not. I had never received any contract from the company, and I was billed over $350.00 which I feel should be removed from my account. I spent hours and hours on the phone with reps. from the company and was treatred terrible.
I was refused any corporate information so that I could file a valid complaint against the reps I spoke with and I was told that I should have known about the charges and that I was suppose to call AT&T before I went on vacation, this information I had no prior knowledge of. I feel that this company does what it wants to its customers and normally when charges are applied to my account I get an alert email which I did not receive to advise me that these charges were being assed to my account.
