Everyone's time is of value, not just the elitist "physician" who wrote to you. In any case, I tried calling AT&T Worldnet Service to inquire about their rates and service for ISP use. I was made to listen to endless recorded commercial hype until I finally hung up in frustration. All I wanted was to speak to a human being in the event I had any questions. No where did I find a menue to direct me to a sales rep. This in itself is a huge red light in regard to what their service may be like should a customer need assistance with billing, tech support, or any other matter. Needless to say, I'll look elsewhere for a new ISP.
