ATT Yellow Pages Rip off and misadvertising web pages contact St. Louis Missouri
Contracted ATT to make me a web page and help with my web pages.
!) First they never called me to see what i wanted on my web pages, and when it did finally got done, it looked like I was a furniture salesman instead of Pest Control
When I tryed to contact Stacie Fusco on her business phone, cell phone and e mails. she never returned any calls. I call and get hold of customer service they tell me to talk to Stacie and Stacie one time when she did return my call that I had to talk to Customer Service.
I finally called got hold of Stacie manager and he didnt have time for me.
MY MAIN PROBLEMS IS: I am paying 289.00 a month, for only clicks which I am getting (between Aug 15,2008 and Sept 29,2008. I have received about 500 clicks. (not bad). But the contracts says 60 Qualified Leads not clicks. Plus a more information page which I have never received. Plus no clicks have resulted in any phone calls, I would not call that good leads.
I have spent several hours on the phone trying to get some answers no one can give me answer except Stacie, and she will not return my phone calls.
I dont mine spending the money, IF I could get some results in the form of phone calls or someone returning my calls. Without having to spend hours on the phone.
Everyplace I have put my web site up for others to look at, do not have much to say good about it.
I have tryed several options, and I found this place and hope someone can help me. My Last resort.
I have asked to cancel my contact, but they say they cant do that
