in general, the company insisted that we update our plan...and stated that there would be no change in our original plan...my daughter's camera phone made it necessary for me to purchase a new phone

we continued to receive billing for the old lines...with no explanation of charges...we got a new bill within a week with over a hundred dollars of roaming (the new improved phones were also connected to cingular towers)

went to the person who "Updated" us ...he says the plan we originally had no longer existed! he proceeds to put us(on the computer) to a 19.95 plan on my teenage daughter's line

no shareing between our lines...and everything...over 45 mins was billed...by the end of the month we had 600.oo

when i went back he spent 1.5 hours supposedly with the CARE people and it was supposedly all fixed...i went online and it was the same

i now have 1500.oo and not only the stress but also the loss of the phone...and the enormous amount of time and the possible loss of my impeccable credit.

i did find that there have been previous class actions in ca. anyone know of these or have similar complaints and wish to begin one in CA>let me know
