In November my husband purchased me the brand new BlackBerry Bold for my birthday. I started having issues with it in January. The device would not power off and stay powered off. Anytime I tried to do an update with the phone it would take serveral hours and the update did not work. Today I called AT&T and went through the troubleshooting and they did everything they possibly could.

I asked what my options were for a replacement device because I'm still at warranty and they told me they would send me a refurbished phone. But if my device that I return has any form of damage to it they would charge me the full retail value of a new phone. I just paid close to $500 for this phone in November, why on earth would I want someones used phone? This coming from a company that I just paid a $1200 bill to because they messed up on my u-verse account and threatened to cancel my services if I didn't pay the amount in full. I am very dissastified with this company and very sorry that I ever worked for them.
