This company told me that I had a 29.5% APR. When I first got it, it was 4.25%. They are a rip off. This company never took off credit fraud and Identity theft off this and did not take me seriously. I told them since day one that these charges were never mine, cell phone, car insurance and a car payment.

I was told by AT&T/Citibank Universal card I must pay the minimal payments or I will go to jail. The people in Surpass are telling me I am responsible for fraudulent charges as per Ms. R. Ann. Credit One is saying I am responsilbe for fraud as well. They sent me to a collection agency and I told them I am not responisble for fraudulent charges. Jeff Domaine and Michael Blackwahl are nasty people from Credit one.

Citibank people are nasty too. I asked them on how these charges occur and told me to mind my own business. They said my claim is invaild and fake. But they are saying the charges are vaild and they are not. I could not get car insurance or a job for a long period of time. The people in Citibank are very nasty and told me there is no CEO or a President. Lorraine Page, KRistin Wells, Jay Lewis, Tara, Sherry SToker, Bobby Rice, and David Olson are nasty people and should be terminated from Citibank. I need help in getting money back for harassment from this company and I did loose a job because of these nasty people.

When I spoke to Legal Dept Lorraine Page she even told me that I am responsible for fraud charges and I am not. Loraine claims her co-workers are saints and wear a halo over their head. I do not think so. I will write a book about this Company for what they do to innocent people and they do not protect you against identity theft or credit fraud instead they treat you like a moron. I would like to know if there is a class action lawsuit against this company. Please email me and let me know.
