ATTORNEY GERELD E. MOORE & ASSOCIATES MS. WINSLOW; MR. JONES; MR. WOODSON Unprofessional Law office Atlanta Georgia
i guess Gerald E. Moore and his associates are back at it again...I received a phone call from Ms. Winslow stating a debt was forward to the law office, she offered a settlement and I told her I didn't have that kind of money, then she offered payment arrangement, and stated my first payment need to be made for the month of September was ove, I told her I would call her back. I phone back in and ask to speak to Ms Winslow and the gentleman answering the phone who identified himself as Mr Jones, I explained to him I had spoken with Ms Winslow and that I was needing them to send me a letter of validation, and he stated that state law require them to send those documents out if I request them, I thanked him for assisting me and we ended the conversation. Minutes later I received a phone call from a VERY IRRATE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL, RUDE Mrs Winslow, yelling and asking me what was my reason that I phone back in to the office to the same exact story again...I CALMY explained to her my reason being, and she yelled and tolg me that the arrangement was off that I had 7 days to have a cashier check on her desk and if I didn't she would personal take my filed to Mr. Gerald and have him proceed with legal action against me that will result in my wages being garnish. I calmly ask her 1. Are you call me back with a attitude and 2. Are you threatening me, she stated that she was just telling me how it was and that she glad that she knew my place of employment, I ask to speak with her boss she told me it wouldn't to any good if I spoke with him that fact is what she said will remain and it wouldn't change, and hung up.LOL...Yep it was quite funny to me...I call back and the gentleman answering the phone identified himself as Mr. Woodson whom was just as WORST. I began to explained to him what had taken place with Mrs Winslow and I, he bagan to tell that I had gotten Mrs. Winslow in SERIOUS TROUBLE by calling back in talking with Mr. Jones and that 1. she was NEVER supposed to offer a settlement and 2. ARRANGEMENT should've never been allowed ...So you would think speaking with her colleauge who work for the SAME attorney doing the SAME field of work wouldn't cause such problem. WRONG...Mr. Woodson being to use a VERY STERN VOICE and yelled at me and told me that he wasn't about to let me get him in the trouble that I had got Mrs. Winslow in and he wasn't going to get him FIRED. But what he could do for me is set me up on payment only if I would deal with him ONLY, AND IF ANYTIME i CALLED AND HE WAS UNAVAILABLE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE, BUT TO NEVER TALK WITH ANYONE OTHER THAN HIM. REALLY...So you Mr. Woodson was willing to do the same exact thing that I had gotten Mrs. Winslow in trouble for...what a joke...The moral of this WHO ARE THIS THUGS? i QUESTION the fact is this a attorney office or a collection agency...I have sent a certified letter asking for validation of the debt, and also to cease and desist all phone calls to my home and employer. I will update this forum as soon as I hear back from this THUGS. if there anyone else out there that is dealing or have dealt with Gerald E. Moore & associates please let me know. I have never dealt with a bunch of WILD ADULT caring on in such a unprofessional way who calling calming to be represent a law office.
