Attrex ripoff, double billing West Palm Beach Florida
This is a company that phone markets garages and repair shops to sign on to help motorist when they break down on the road. Sounded like a legit company so I signed up at a cost of 295.00 per year. The shop of which I am the manager asked my boss and owner to send a check for this amount on april 8th,2004.
On April 9th, Attrex withdrew an another 295.00 from the company checking account. (an UN authorized withdrawal!!) After several phone calls between April 9th and June 4th, we have listened to all the managers and women that work there give me every bullsh** excuse why I haven't recieved this overpayment. I have accessed my account and downloaded hundreds of their providers and will do everything in my power to stop these people from screwing any one for the second time!
Also I am writing to Rip-off report to help we contact whatever Government Agency in Fla. to help me retrive the 295.00 that our account was "double dipped". I thought that after numerous calls and several people I had talked to , I could find one honest person who would deal with this problem. (I WAS WRONG!) It now has become a mission!!
