Wow Troy, I really wish I could remember this incedent, Im the one you delt with and the only reason I can think of that I wouldnt refund your money was either a misunderstanding or if you picked out the seat yourself and we agreed that you would find another one. Our policy is no cash back on electrical parts or parts that the customer orders and then finds out that is wasnt their problem, that is when we do store credit. If we gave money back every time someone misdiognosed their problem we would be out of business. Im really sorry you had a bad experience here, and normally I am really easy to get along with thats why I think we had a misunderstanding, you really should have followed up with me instead of taking it out over the internet. I know its been almost 4 years but if there is anything we can do to make this right in your mind please contact me.
