We shipped Mr Troy's atv as we agreed via a freight trucking company. We are the shipping company and we have no control over the shipping part of the transaction. Mr Nelson did not pay us for residential delivery, he paid the freight company. The real issue here is that Mr Nelson lives way out in a rural area and the freight company could not deliver there because their trailer could not fit through his gate that leads into his land. They called him after they attempted delivery and even offered to meet him somewhere close to his gate or he could pick up at the freight terminal and he refused. We called him several times and he never returned our phone calls and the freight company told us that he would not call them back either. It was not reasonable for Mr Troy to refuse an order for an atv because the freight company truck will not fit through his gate. We sell to people who live in the country all the time and they are very understanding if something like this happens. We had the unit shipped back ( at our expense ) to us and refunded him in full. What he was demanding was not possible per the freight company and for Mr Troy to post this was not fair. We have sold over 10,000 atvs throughout the U.S. with a positive feedback rating of 99.5% so obviously we do take care of our customers.
