I saw this company on Ebay and noted their excellent feedback. I then called them directly to order a 200cc SunL atv.

One clue I should of picked up that this was a bad deal is when I asked Doug for a tracking number and he replied 'You'll receive the item before I have a trackign number'. In retrospect, this should of told me they were a drop shipper and had no interest in insuring I would receive this atv.

Another problem I noted is I was charged that day for the item, but they didn't ship item till 10 days later. One reason for the delay is they didn't ship cause I asked for 'yellow on brown camo' and they called back 5 days later to inform me they only had 'brown on yello camo'. ???

I did receive a call from the shipping company about 7 days after the ship date. The driver was looking for me in the correct state, but the wrong city. Driver said he would get back to me, but never did.

I called Doug - he said wasn't his problem - contact shipper. I called back to the customer service who after several calls and messages finally answered their phone (they didn't call me back). Found out ATVDiscounter put in wrong zip code.

Shipping company called me - said they would deliver to nearest town to me and wanted to know who had a fork lift. I was confused by this since I paid extra for home deliver (truck with a lift gate). Shipping also wanted another $170 to attempt a 2nd delivery. I gave them ATVDiscounter's number and told them to work it out with them since I paid ATVDiscounter for home delivery.

I also called ATVDiscounter. Doug said he would resolve this issue. He didn't. I tried calling back several times - only got answering machine. I then sent an email stating I was tired of trying to handle their delivery problem and stated I was disputing the charge on my credit card since I had not received the atv. Here's the response I got ...

'We have tried to reach you at the number you left with no success. I do not understand what the problem is here. We shipped as promised and done our job here. We are not the shipping company. We have done our job here and done everything we are supposed to do here. We have no control after it is loaded on the freight truck. If you refuse this shipment I am going to have to charge you for the shipping and if you file a dispute I will counter with credit card theft. These are freight shipping companies not UPS.'

I have no idea what charging with credit card theft is - and doubt they can really do anything there.

I have also, as a courtesy, notified the shipper that I will not pay additional shipping charges, so they handle the package as they see fit.

I'm sure this isn't done for me by any means. My credit card has credit my account for this disputed charge and has insured me that unless I receive the item, I will not be charged. Nevertheless, it is a headache for me.

One final note: I have had good luck ordering atv's from KazumaUSA. The don't handle an ATV larger than 150cc, otherwise I would of ordered from them again.

We shipped Mr Troy's atv as we agreed via a freight trucking company. We are the shipping company and we have no control over the shipping part of the transaction. Mr Nelson did not pay us for residential delivery, he paid the freight company. The real issue here is that Mr Nelson lives way out in a rural area and the freight company could not deliver there because their trailer could not fit through his gate that leads into his land. They called him after they attempted delivery and even offered to meet him somewhere close to his gate or he could pick up at the freight terminal and he refused. We called him several times and he never returned our phone calls and the freight company told us that he would not call them back either. It was not reasonable for Mr Troy to refuse an order for an atv because the freight company truck will not fit through his gate. We sell to people who live in the country all the time and they are very understanding if something like this happens. We had the unit shipped back ( at our expense ) to us and refunded him in full. What he was demanding was not possible per the freight company and for Mr Troy to post this was not fair. We have sold over 10,000 atvs throughout the U.S. with a positive feedback rating of 99.5% so obviously we do take care of our customers.
