I see that about a year ago, someone else got ripped off by these same people. They purposely mis lead and use wording on the online auctions they offer. This is actually the 2nd time we have been duped by this company. Afew years ago, they held and auction. We bid we won. They told us that you can pick up your items on 'this day' we went there and waited for the doors to open. Some of our stuff was missing. Know what they said? " you are responsible for your items' WHAT? I think what happens is they can't trust thier own help. The public was not allowed to take ANYTHING - yet we were there early before the public could come and go, so the "public" did not steal from us, AUCTION MASTERS stole from us.
Today - They held an online auction. We won an item that was "new in the box" here is the exact wording "Devilbiss 1 Liter Aluminum Paint Cup (NEW)" now hopefully the picture will show up. CAN WE ALL SEE WHAT I SEE? Guess what was in the box. Everything that is checked ON the box but for the GUN ITSELF. Purposely misleading. Why not open the box and show us or better yet, Tell us the GUN IS NOT INCLUDED OUR EMPLOYEES LOST IT OR STOLE IT. WE HAD IT BUT WE DON'T KNOW WHERE IT IS. Stay away from these people. I was there today and there was a gentleman that got ripped off too. He was screaming louder than I was.
