David Frangioni is a scam artist. He disarms you with his charming talk and then lures you into this high-end dream that your house can be graced with his touch. He's literally insane. To think he even compares himself to such people as Jimi Hendrix, John Elway, and Da Vinci!!!! HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA!!!!!
This guy is a joke.
