Conrad Vernon, over the past 15 years, has started numerous companies by the names Audittogo, Sitesnet, Interdigm, Vernon Environmental, and now Greenbridge International. He starts these companies very legitimately and structures them to limit all personal liability. He then swindles people into corporate positions/consultants with the promises of stock options, increased compensation "once the company starts making money", and convertible notes in exchange for labor. He then treats them as indentured servants, guilting them with how much he has done for them, what their "corporate obligations" are, etc. These people he has made promises to then can't afford to bankroll him and leave the company due to lack of ability to financially stick out. Yet somehow he and his companies retain all assets produced. He never pays money owed and even better he has structure agreements that the employees/consultants will never see his stock shares.
Conrad Vernon has taken hundreds of thousands of dollars from accredited investors to including retirement money from elderly people only to pay himself a fat regular pay check till the company finally bankrupts and Conrad Vernon is the only one that has benefited, collect a monthly, fat CEO salary.
Please if you are ever confronted to do business with this man turn and run.
Conrad Vernon owes me thousands of dollars from the past 10 plus years.
To this day he hides behind corporate structures and lives off promising future returns to those who believe his promises. He is one of those people who can sweet talk anything from anyone, even high profile attorneys, bankers and savvy investors. He stands with the likes of Bernie Madolf, he just hasn't suckered enough people yet.
I know there are hundreds of other people who have believed his sales/sermons about how much they can profit. He talks good, looks good and then kisses your wife on the way out. If there is anyone who would like to join the class action suit, please post to this page.
His newest project is "Audit to Go" and pulled his fancy BS with this one too, pulling in my development team, marketing department and my time.
During the .com startup frenzy he swindled angel investors of hundreds of thousands of dollars with promises of huge returns. He bought a huge house, nice cars, $100 bottles of champagne, "corporate trips", among other things before the company turned a dime of profit.

It is extremly important for potential customers or investors to note that Conrad Vernon does not hold any of the college/university degrees that he lists on and resume or on Corporation Information. I believe he does hold a bachelors degree. However, it is not the one that he claims to hold. He has never obtained a masters degree or PhD. This constitutes fraud. He is a master manpulator and anyone dealing with him would be wise to verify any claims of previous education and accomplishments. Buyer Beware. Ask for "official" transcripts.

Conrad Vernon is now launching AUDITTOGO and is spending money and or negotiated resources and still has not reached out to even ask if he could make payments or something. He has stated his LEGAL team is going to help ( FOSTER PEPPER ) http://www.foster.com/. I have down a calculation of time he has consumed of mine for his businesses over the years and they have come up over 400 hrs total.
