We are a small day care center for seniors and disabled individuals. The quality of our transportation is of the utmost importance. When we purchased a van from Authorized Resources Ltd. of Westbury, NY all of this was explained.
What did we receive? A van that could not pass inspection. A van that was found to have new brake shoes over rusted brakes. An inspection company by the name of AIM, Alliance Inspection Management, RECOMMENDED by Authorized Resources Ltd., that seemed to miss all that was obvious to the mechanics we had to take the van to after it broke down the first time we took it out.
We highly recommend never buying a van from Authorized Resources Ltd. of Westbury or take the word of Alliance Inspection Management unless you want to spend a couple of thousand extra on a vehicle.

We advised "A Better Day" to buy a newer van for their customers and they said didn't have the money. They purchased a 14 year old vehicle and expected it to perform as new. After the purchase they went to their local Ford dealer and got taken advantage of and asked us the pay the bill. The van was in excellent shape for its age and was exactly as advertised. This was confirmed by an independent inspection company (see "AIM" below).
Naturally, as a 28 year old established company we strive for customer satisfaction but when a customer exercises poor judgement, the merchant shouldn't be held responsible.
