I just  wasted over $500 trying to improve the interior of my 98 Camry LE.

1)Ordered "short" seat covers because most of the pics showing "tall" seemed to have headrests integrated w/ seat, rather than headrests stainless steel sliding bars.on had "slits for headrests"- shouldn't he know? Seat covers were "short" w/ no concession made for headrest. When was a car last manufactured that did not have some type of headrest? Well, whatever car it was, maybe a 1973 AMC Pacer, I have your seatcovers. The "semi-tailored" were $200 cheaper. I ordered "short" and the covers came w/ grommeted holes on top for headrest when I called, the rep. asked me "did they have slits" and I replied "No", he suggested I take a boxcutter & cut 2 holes in ea. seatcover-now that's customer service.
2)"tailor made" did not fit any better than the $200 cheaper semi-custom- but harder to install. Don't be fooled by "Easy Return" banner at top of site. In the largest font and boldest colors they advertise "Easy Returns". When you click on the "returns" you are told, essentially, that they had better receive them in better condition than when they sent them. On top of that, there is a 25% restocking fee, and you don't get a refund, you get a store credit so you can buy more poorly made merchandise that their service staff recommends fixing with boxcutters.

I guess the best bet for items that expensive, unless you really trust etailer, buy local so they have to look you in the eye when they suggest using box cutters for lousy, non-tailor made. Since I doubt AA will publish this review, I'll post elsewhere. Worst purchase of year.
