This company so far has sent us two bad ECM units with similar problem with idle control motor drivers being bad, when i called this company they were hard to reach, and many of the few contacts with them they were rude and unresponsive.
On the second bad ECM they sent, I asked their warranty rep how the test these, and he stated they have 5 engines in the back, they plug them in and if the engine runs the assume its OK.
The particular problem we had involves the idle control motor drivers of the ecm, and its function can only be tested on an actual engine with a/c on and car in gear. I have to question this answer from them, because 5 engines could not possibly cover the number of vehicles they handle.
They also do not ship when they say they will. And prices change from one rep to the next.
BBB has 63 complaints, with 60 not responded too.
