Auto Computer Exchange Inc Due to my own error the wrong compter was ordered. I returned the unit within the 14 day return period as stated on the companies website. Return was accepted but I am being told it is only good for a credit Davie, Florida
Auto Computer Exchange Inc has a website that states returns can be made within 14 days. I returned a computer that I ordered in error but have been told I am eligable for a store credit due to making a phone order. This is not documented on the site that promently shows both a phone number and online chat feature that when used changes the return policy.
Talked with Manager Brian and he told me the only reason for an online return with money back option is displayed is that they needed to do so to do computer or Ebay sales and that all sales done on the phone would result in only a store credit being issued.
